Why write?

Reason #342 why I love twitter…I just re-lived 2010 by reading over all my tweets. I can’t believe when the year started, I had no idea I would be a mother of 3. It seriously IS a wonderful life!!

While reading over my tweets, I stumbled upon this interview I did and the reason I love to write:

“Written words are the conversations of our hearts. I like my writing like I
like my coffee…not a lot of fluff & makes for ideal conversations between old friends. In my
opinion, the best writing is simple and honest. It engages both parties (the writer & the audience)
in an intricately choreographed conversation that goes beyond surface interaction, and draws out the
emotions, desires, dreams, and secrets of our hearts. There’s nothing like talking with a sweet friend,
and leaving with more insight & inspiration than when you sat down. That’s what I love to read
(and write), anything that blows open the windows of revelation.”

Makes me want to WRITE MORE in 2011…one of my resolutions. What are you resolving to do MORE of in 2011?
